Help Me Writing My Proposals as a Web Developer

Hi,

Please please please read carefully..

I am a fellow freelancer and highly skilled web developer.

I read and write English like 8 on scale of 10.

I am having trouble writing custom proposals for big projects.

Usually I copy and paste some kind of a proposal template.

I need help writing custom proposals for each big project I paid on.

You must have some experience with:

- Web development

- Web design

- Wordpress

I prefer people who speak English and Arabic as well, so I can explain to him/her what I want to write in the proposal.

I am thinking like $10 for each proposal + %5 from whatever the client paid to me after deduct the fee.

This will be an ongoing project, I have so many projects I want to paid on.
