Implementation of a booking form with WPForms

I need to implement a change on WPForm.
Precisely I have to do operations with some fields of WPForms.
I have already created a link to a php page in the child theme (jquery is enable), but I cannot write the function correctly. For this reason I need an expert.
The form is a taxi booking.
My goal is to prevent a customer from purchasing a ride on short notice at night. Specifically, if it is 10pm on 3 July, the customer cannot purchase a ride until 8am on 4 July. Instead the customer can buy a ride for the night hours of July 5th, July 6th, etc.
I have a pickup time (format dd / mm / YYYY - is the classic WPForms date field) and a dropdown field (with values: 00, 01, 02 .. 22, 23) where the time is specified. Well, these field dropdown field is actually a conditional field: there are 8 conditional dropdown fields, because changing when the destination changes. In other words: I can choose some destinations, so I have a pickup time field, and a conditional dropdown.
I have to get a hidden field with a Boolean value. If the value is "1", then the ride is bookable, if the value is "0" then the ride is not bookable. The ride is not bookable if the customer books during the night with too short a time interval.
So if it is 2 in the night, the customer cannot book a ride for 4 in the night. But the customer can book a ride for 9 in the morning, or for 4 in the morning on another day.
