install a fast, simple, checkout process within my zen cart version 1.54 on my existing website

I have an existing online website that uses zen cart 1.54 version in the back-end of my store. I need a quick 1 to 2 page check-out process in my shopping cart, thats simple easy to use and attractive for my customers! I also need help with my guess its called the banner on my website that scrolls down the page as a customer scrolls the page looking for products very annoying lol.
