Integration GLPI and Rocket.Chat

I'd like to integrate GLPI and Rocket.chat. Perhaps a bot or not, something that provide some functions like: /entity <entity_name> (the operaton can search the entity ID using like a name) /newticket (to open a new ticket, based on the user profile or email address or phone number or entity_id) /ticket <ticket_id> (the operator can search the status of a ticket, using the ticket id, return the last status and the last "follow-up, task or solution") /addfollow <ticket_id> <description> (the operator can add a follow-up to a ticket) /addsolution <ticket_id> <description> (the operator can add a ticket's solution) /kb <description> (the operator can find an item on Knowdlege base on GLPI, based on the description, this function)
