Please note:

-First i will describe what i want to start in the future.

-Thereafter i post a couple of the requirements

In the text below i mention what i want in the future. For know it is only the jobsite.

WHAT I WANT TO START IN THE FUTURE:

Let me first give you an idea (in a nutshell) what I want to start in the Netherlands.

I want:

1) Websites:

a. an autonomic and independent website for freelance (specific ICT)I specialist (from programming to management)

i. Where ICT-specialist can sell there expertise and can bid on projects

ii. Where company’s can sell there projects and bid to ICT-specialist expertise

iii. Which offers a community place for the registered visitors

1. Forum

2. Etcetera

b. an autonomic and independent website for (specific ICT) jobs (Job Board)

i.

ii. Where ICT-specialist can add there resumes and can search for jobs

iii. Where company’s can add there jobs and search for ICT-specialists

iv. Which offers a community place for the registered visitors (SEE 1-a-iii-)

2) For both the websites I want (in general, I have more wishes/requirements) that they have are/do:

a. Free for the company’s and specialists

b. Search Engine Optimalised

c. Meet my specific requirements/wishes

d. Searchable to the top (that’s why I want ad many dropdown-boxes as possible)

i. I want full control in filling this boxes

1. the database/database tables has to be object-orientated and correspondent to the script

2. and be easily editable with phpmyadmin

e. Be my property

i. The source code should be mine and I want the rights on the custom made functionality. It has to be mine and exclusively for me

1. Of course I pay for it

3) To start, at the back-end of this sites, a recruitment agency.

a. The sites will be independent. But I want to have software to makes it possible to

i. Run special queries on the jobs/specialists (search them, see who has interest in them etcetera)

ii. And whom have interest in them

iii. What is hot (job category, job type, etcetera

iv. Etcetera

1. Simple said, I want to have business intelligence on all the people (visitors and registered users, but from registered users of course more) based on what the do etcetera

a. The dropdown-boxes can help with this

v. Furthermore I want that this intelligence comes from both sites.

1. but comes to me in one application (of course I choose to look at the intelligence from 1 site and/or two sites)

SOME REQUIREMENTS:

JUST FOR THE JOB SITE. I WANT TO START WITH THIS

-I want to receive the total source code, without encryption of whatsoever

-solely for ICT employers and ICT-specialist

-I want to use as many dropdown-boxes as possible (to make searching for jobs/resumes easy and

-I like this dropdown/boxes to be multiselect. For example when posting a job in two categories.

-the website has to be free for jobseekers and employers.

-Employers can post jobs and search resumes.

-Jobseekers can post resumes and search jobs

-Option to switch on/off the option to let jobseekers/employers post without registration.

-Get trough RSS jobs from other general job sites.

-I want as minimal text fields as possible and as much as possible dropdown-boxes(makes searching more effective and easier for the engineering of the site). Is it with you code possible to make this adoptions? Of course I want the dropdown-boxes easily to be filled by me (minimal with phpadmin in the database => each dropdown a table??)??

-Some jobs/jobseekers have a place where they stand/live. But this doesn’t mean that they doesn’t work in other places. Can also be added the dropdown-box Workarea (for posting job/resume)

-to add / integrate a forum (and/or any community software), with single login, (only usable for registered users)? And to add the link to this forum on the homepage?

-In holland we have COUNTRY, which has REGIONS, which has CITIES. Can this made into related dropdown-boxes. And made searchable?
