layout and styles refresh for an existing E-commerce Wordpress site

We need a programmer to refresh the layout and styles of an existing E-commerce Wordpress site that has a custom template and WooCommerce.
Tasks:
Reprogram header layout
Change menu navigation links
Re-format home page template to have slider, product feed and incorporate global sidebar.
Restyle WooCommerce product feed look for homepage (where all products will be listed) and for individual category pages.
Re-format general page template to incorporate global sidebar that has a list of links and buttons
Restyle/Reformat individual product pages to incorporate global sidebar and overlay price and product title over product images.
Adjust layout of related products at bottom of product pages
Add new featured pictures on all 14 products
Add a few new links to footer
Remove compare products functionality from site
Change fonts and colors on entire site to match new theme
Total Pages in Website (16 total not including 14 individual product pages):
1 home page with all the (logo) products
4 Logo Category Pages
1 About Us
1 Contact Page
1 Shipping Policy
1 Terms and Conditions
1 Privacy Policy
