Magento 2- Default Store fix as products keep deactivating from Store

Issue with categories / website / English view / Web store: Magento 2 - Issue - Certain Products keep disappearing off “Main Website” a few minutes after we assign default website products vanish. We need to identify issue and see where it’s coming from and how to fix it. Sometimes when we edit categories and or these specific products, we get URL Key for specific store already exists. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We keep getting a 'URL already exsists' for some products.
