Magento 1.9 to Magento 2 upgrade- Certified developer needed

We have our current site and a theme. Our server can run Magento 2.
You will need to be able to do the following:

* Understand how to do 301 redirects for every one of our current URLs. Have a guaranteed plan on how to do this and show me experience you have done this before.
* Be fluent with current Magento 2 plugins and know which best will suit our site.
* Confirm there will be no issue for our current email system, https, [login to view URL] etc.
* Be able to keep constant contact with us and give us daily updates.
* I only have 2 weeks for this to be completed so you will need to be prompt and get to work immediately and be able to show results from day 1.
* Our site currently has around 2000 products. We will want the theme we have chosen customisable on the product page and increase the number of products on display on a mobile as our product works best when compared side by side but we also think no one uses the compare feature of websites with our style of products. At least 10 hours will need to be spent on this and make sure it works on all size displays.
