Make a online project documentation system

We are looking for a freelancer to create a online project documentation system for our company. The system will be used to make and save documentation of finished jobs/projects. Our company produce and mount signs, car graphics, window tinting and other types of decals and for some jobs we need a online documentation system. This to comply with laws and iso standards. For example when we mount channel letters or signs on buildings we need to keep records of what materials we used to mount the sign. If there are lights in the letters/sign how many leds, what kind of leds, what led driver and how many. We also need to attached documents from the production manager that contains drawings and pictures of the job. Main focus for the online project documentation system will be for sign jobs. Everything should be saved under the customer and needs to be searchable. We also need the system to make reports with all the information that we have entered and attached documents so we can send it to the customer or other city officials on request. This should be handled with the system creating a multipage pdf. Pictures and documents we upload will mostly be pdf, word documents, excel files and jpg/png/gif. Output: As mentioned the files need to be exported as pdf files with all text, pictures and other attachments. How many attachments will vary by the project type and size. Some projects won’t contain any attachments. In the bottom of each report Backup: All projects need to be backed up into a google drive or dropbox folder. Datebase: Everything will be save under the customer name that may have several projects that is separate from each other. Each project need to be editable incase of changes or updates. Users: The site will have between 2-10 users with unique logins. Preferably secure login by google apps so we can limit access to people that don’t work for us anymore. Responsive: Often the information will be added from phones(both android and iPhones) So the site needs to be responsive and functional on phones/tablets.
