3x3 matrix and 2x2 cyler hybrid mlm program

I would like to have a matrix plan that is 3x3 with 4 levels,it will have a feeder matrix which will be a 3x2 matrix that will feed into the 3x3 matrix. The earnings per level of the 3x3 matrix are level based.

the 2x2 cycler is fed by members from the 3x3 matrix of each and every member of ones individual geneology. I need this project done in 7 days time.
