Minor Changes PHP project

Hi, I want some one to complete pending tasks in my project quickly. Most of the project is completed. I need to work on some other stuff so urgently need some one to complete some pending tasks, The entire project structure exists. Following change is needed. 1. [login to view URL], [login to view URL], the radio button has to be adjusted so that it takes default value when a GET request is coming. All requests placeholders are already there. The textbox updates .only radiobutton needs to be adjusted. 2. Edit Fixtures needs to be completed. The data needs to be stored in the db. The INSERT for fixtures is already written , so you need to just write small UPDATE (add the unique id). The data is of a bulk update. Again same change as above. the radiobutons needs to be updated and the default values should be there. Two buttons needed .Just assume and make 2 similar update query [login to view URL] parameter will be added by me later. 3. Date filter needs to be made to work on from and to date for viewFixtures.php. 4. The minor alignment of columns wherever necessary needs to be corrected. I dont want any major reliagnment of my code. Preferably where you are changing just enter in comment something like Changed. No css work is [login to view URL] please avoid any java scripts or use of any other technology. The work is very very less for some one who knows PHP well ,so bid accordingly. I need it to be completed by Sunday itself. So those who can can complete it quickly should bid.
