We have an online website, that sells online courses. There is a membership fee that is paid monthly. Now we want to make the site possible to reffer our course (only specific one). You have to be an active member, that is a condition. If you are not active/havent paid this month, you will not get the refferal bonus. There are 2 levels of people, who reffer (only 2 levels), where the first one gets 15% the other one gets 5% (level 1 "brought" level 2).
