We need a mobile application wich heavily relies on it database, which has to be done -but not filled- among the app, and also a backend where we can handle the app.
First of all, it will geo locate you and if that town is on our db it will load it information, if not it will suggest you the closest one and let you write your desired one.
On each town, it must show:
- News page, which must be autofilled through specified websites rss and letting you filter them all by some fields. Each new can be accesed, so it info must be formatted and every new can be shared.
- Interest poins, like monuments. It must be autofilled with Google's information (name, images (not Google ones, but we'll upload them from backend), description, opening hours, ..., being some of this information optional). Same as news, each one must be able to be accesed, shared and rated. Commented and bookmarked only for registered users.
- Shops. Same system as before BUT filled only from backend. Shops might have an online shop through this app.
- Planner. After filling a form it must be able to schedule a route to users. For example, if i fill i want a 2 days route trying best food on 50km² it has to do it with our database information.
-Map. All our interest points and shops must be shown as markers on our GMaps.
-User handling and settings. Users can be registered (email, facebook, etc) and from a section they can manage all their info (default filter on news sections, handling their data, their bookmarks, comments..).
-UI. App must be designed, being as friendly as possible.
In adition to this sections:
-Another news page will be needed, same case as before.
-A section where all online shops from that town (on our app) are displayed by types, being able to be filtered and sorted.
-Some other minor sections related with those.
To finish, all this data must be able to be handled from a backend (web one, although if it's also accesible from the app itself would be great). For example when we add a town it has to create it and autofill interest points. And we have to able to add/delete/modify any of them.

Ok i am good to work as long term basis can you provide more details about the app development basically i need more technical details in terms of UI (user interface) Or rough mockups/sketches , flowchart (how end user will interact with the app?), list of pages/modules and there internal relation (business logic)...So based on that i can design working prototype and database architecture also do full analysis and provide you the proper estimation with cost and time
