I am looking to hire a mobile app developer for a gig where
I need a native mobile app for an application for users to be able to upload their medical record as a PDF file.
I have a Healthcare service where I provide medical records for patients and I would like a mobile app where patients can view their patient medical records as well as add their personal vital information to it as well. Would also like the app to be able to have user add to their medical record when they obtain future results, such as lab results or prescriptions.
For future upgrades to the app, I would like to see develop options where we can introduce doctors and have the option to book appointments and have a function for video virtual doctor visits/consultations.
It must show the patient their entire medical history (This is information that User will upload after we digitally deliver their medical record in PDF)
It must allow the patient to view or add their prescription pharmacy scripts. An option to send their script to pharmacies we have listed on the app would be an asset and receive notification when the script is ready for pickup.
It needs to be native for Android and iOS.
It will also need health Insurance integration, fitness device integration (like FitBit, etc.) and payment gateway integration (PayFast).
Also, patient must be able to open patient file (create new patient profile) from the app as well as update existing personal information.

The app must also have a small banner at the bottom of the screen for ad revenue generation.
It will read and write data to and from my existing application database.
