Need to create javascripts

I am looking to create ad script, below is the description. 1- Create sticky type ads found here: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2- Vertical banners will only show if user have enough resolution and css allow so ads do not overlap user content 3- header banner will displace down the site and will be sticky on top 4- User can chose vertical banner either both or left or right from the script 5- Desktop Footer will be sticky at bottom center 6- Mobile Interstitial will have a skip button similar to this: [login to view URL] (vignette type) and will be fullscreen auto adjustable according to user mobile or tab screen 7- Mobile footer will be sticky at bottom and will have a hieght of 100px 8- Mobile video will be same as Mobile interstitial and use IMA script which we created before. 9- Create php drop down forms where user select desktop and mobile type of ads and script is shown accordingly 10- Create another adscript where we will show 4~6 thumbnails where it will become autoadjustable when user have limited width or it is shown on mobile screen. For example it will show as 1x6 or 3x3 or 6x1 11- All thumbs will have respective text below them 12- Once clicked a large player with cross button show on whole screen which will be html5 player with our overlay of IMA adscript. Website will become grey 13- At backend user will have option to select which type of site he owned for example entertainment, news, etc.... once selected then show respective tag which will call respective video clips and thumbs 14- You can intergate this in poovee or create another page where admin can upload videos and text in sections 15- All type of ads will have a cross button with "By Eboundservices" text but not overlapping the ads 16- All script that is created will have to adjust in my existing script where we are doing some ajax calls.
