Need a developer familiar with Karenderia Multiple Restaurant System

I have purchased Karenderia Multiple Restaurant System but I need several tweaks done to it.

It is built on the Yii framework and uses JavaScript JS, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL.
I have a number of key Customisation's needed to the system to launch the site/ After this there may be the option to continue working on it with continuous changes and improvements.
Key integrations, are to Develop an SMS function using Twilio, Improve the Stripe Integration to use AVS and CVV authentication and look at implementing- 3d secure 2.0 in the future.
I need some adjustments made to the Checkout page when capturing the address, and some changes to the reporting functions using PHP.
It is a time sensitive project. 2-3 weeks completion time- with testing.
