Need Highly Experienced Laravel Tech Lead

This is around 4 months project and we are looking for highly savvy professional who has years of experience in building and leading complex applications ( multi- vendor marketplaces, content management, social networking, API, etc).
- You should have experience in (PHP) Laravel Framework (v5) and Angular
- You should have advanced knowledge of Restful concepts and APIs
- You should have experienced in designing and maintaining MySQL databases (and motivated to keep queries optimized)
- You should have familiarity with with real time technologies
- You should be knowledgable in analytics (custom self hosted & maintained)
- You should have experienced with 3rd party APIs (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- You must have a passion for Test-driven code
- You should be have leadership experience of managing team but also hands on with attention to details and believe in meeting deadlines.
