Opencart 3.0.2 need to help get rid of error on front page after upgrade

Dear all,
I upgraded my opencart to 3.0.2.0. I just have a problem with some errors on the frontpage.
Second problem is that I cannot use the extention installer
Third problem (might be related to the first), I get the prices printed like this: 9decimalpoint95 € instead of 9,95 €
I will give access through teamviewer as I am behind a firewall and cannot give ssh or shell access.
