Paypal button + add terms and conditions + DB issue+ Git backup

We have a website an want to fix/improve a few things 1) Install a Paypal button for photographers only, if they want to be the first in our list in the city or town where they reside, after paying a fee the site will automatically put them in the first place on the list. That means that unless there is no specific search in a city, the results are RANDOM, no privileges for any business. 2)You will add the terms and conditions when people sign up for the first time 3)Please avoid calling from DB the field 'profile photo link', let's show only the gallery, the problem is that some photographers do not have a logo and I do not want profiles with a blank image, looks ugly, most of the site looks ugly for that reason. It seems better that if they want to show their logo or brand they will just put that image in the first place. We can tell the photographer to do so with a message. But do not delete the column from DB because later we might use it. 4) Please filter the DB and only show those profiles with a gallery, no blank images because looks ugly, there are almost 5k profiles that meet these criteria. 5) Create a Git DEV environment where we can test what you do before going to production, everything must be versioned using GIT This is the website that needs to be fixed: [login to view URL]
