PHP dashboard to connect with Virtuemart

It's about creating a dashboard and connecting it to any Virtuemart (only 1 at a time).
From there, you have to obtain the order information, list them and be able to select X orders to print shipping labels with the order's shipping information
We need to develop a system based on php and Mysql with a framework (e.g. Laravel) to extract data from a Joomla + Virtuemart 3 platform. It must be scalable and expandable with new functions.
Should have:
- Login / logout page
- Page to configure connection with database and table prefix. Will be directly connected. No Api/Rest. No access data available. You must do a test installation and connect it to work.
- Simple user management (name, username and password)
- List orders extracted from Virtuemart, with paging and sorting
- Page with details of each order
- Order selection to print shipping labels
- Shipping labels must be in the appropriate format to be printed on a thermal ticket printer (epson)
- Shipping labels must show the order's shipping information
- If the experience is good, there are possibilities to add new functions in the future.
