Greetings - I am a senior full stack PHP developer and looking to help you fix the automated email issue. There are a variety of reasons your code appears to not be sending emails @company email addresses. It's difficult to diagnose these things unless there is an obvious syntax error. There may be one of following reasons and i will have to review the code base and platform in order to find the issue. - I will make sure the mail() function is called correctly. - I will check the server's mail logs. - Check for Port connection failure - Does your hosting provider allows you to send emails @company? - There might be a possibility of emails being received in SPAM folder. So until i review the app/code/back end i would not be able to share the exact way so it would be great if you could allow me to review your platform. Look forward to hearing back from you. Are you using some driver like mailgun, or simply SMTP or sendmail. Anyways, I will be able to fix the issue as it's something I encounter frequently and fix em.
