What i need is pretty simple PHP script:
I have for example 100 short urls that should be forwarded to other URLS automatically Thes are are stored on an internal MYSQL Server.
e.g. for A1:
[url removed, login to view] or even better and shorter if possible [url removed, login to view]
will redirect to [url removed, login to view]
DB Table:
ID BASE FORWARD VALID_FROM VALID_TO

-> Server time will be checked against valid from / valid to in order to get actual valid value for forward
on this forward there is also updated a statistics table in mysql if the flag statistics = 1 is set in a conf file on the server
