I amlooking to work with a reliable FULLTIME programer who has the necessary skillset since this is is a big project. I have a website based PHP Probid Auction Software V 6.07.

You should be familiar with PHP Probid Auction Software or how online auctions like eBay work in general. If you are not familiar with online auctions then this is not the right project for you.
Also I do not hire programers from India or Pakistan so do not buid.
I am happy to communicate with you and answer all of your questions but do not have the time to explain how an auction website / bidding works.
The site has been customized / modfied a lot. I need a knowledgeable programer who can make further changes, convert several pages to a mobile theme and do bug fixing.
Programming skills required are:
PHP
Ajax
HTML
JQuery
SQL
