Profile Management Tool

Hi, I am looking for a developer that can build me a "Profile Manager" as I could find any simple ones that fit my purpose out there. Problem: We are managing Consultant Profiles which are based on CVs that we get. So the Inputs are always different and individual but our output (Word File/ docx) "Consultant Profil" should always be consistently following our Corporate Design/ Template. By manually editing the Word Files, the formats tend to change depending on who is working in front of the screen... Solution: I hope the a web based "Profile Manager" could solve that issue. The data entry would be done in the browser (like you would do it in e.g. Linked in or so) and then the final profile can be exported to Word. The word export style definition needs to be configurable. The available Fields for the Profile need to be configurable as well. Based on above I currently see at a min. the following functionality: - Create New Profile (with all possible attributes) - List all Profiles - User Mgt/ Login with 2FA - Stylesheet Configuration - Profile Attribute Configuration - add, change, delete - Export to Word - Import project list from Excel / CSV - Any other idea welcome - Multilanguage, meaning user can switch between the german and english versions, more are not needed for now. - Send Link to Consultant so he can edit his profile (with login) - Preview (e.g. PDF or webpreview) Priority Once that's functional more features are on the roadmap. I have attached an example of our Word template we are using. I believe the web part of this is not a big deal, really important is the MS Word Export via VBA. Additional Thoughts I have attached some more material which contains some further thoughts which might help on architectural thoughts, however the preliminary goal is to get the basic functionality done as listed above first. Hosting We have a PHP/ MySQL Webserver , alternatively the tool could also be hosted elsewhere with an established cloud provider if you have differing tech stack, open for proposals, especially if the tool requires MS word to be installed on the server to use COM Objects. Nest Steps I would like to receive fixed price offers from you to get this done. This should include your effort estimation, timeline, price and proposed milestones (incl. wireframe/ mockup). Feel free to use tool like axure, etc for prototyping, however please also provide some details on how you will implement the Word Export.
