**BEFORE YOU BID, please read the summary below, ask me any questions that you have and I can also provide you with a detailed list of instructions. I am looking for a PHP programmer and prefer someone who works using modern php framework: Laravel or Codeigniter can use Symfony if needed. - Basic web design will be needed for the site. I provide you with a demo and will need you to take that and make it better and professional. Would like you to do a couple simple versions for a logo (I will provide examples). - The website will need to be iphone and android compatible, display nicely on phones. Quick Summary: Need an admin area where I can create client accounts. Each client will have their own login. Once logged in they will have a "listing page" where they can provide content that will be displayed on the site. The site will have search function where a visitor can type in a house address to go directly to that page. There will also be a section that displays all listings, sorted by city. The other item I would like to mention is that I am currently using momento360 to host my 360 photos so I can display them on my site using an iframe. I would like a solution to do this on my server so I don't have to use a 3rd party like momento360. This would allow my clients to upload 360 photos in their client area and it would be displayed on their listing page as a 360 photo that can be moved with the mouse.
