Sales Rep Job Management Software

I am looking for a system or my sales reps in the construction field. They go out and get information about a job and submit it to be estimated. Once an estimate is created I want them to be able to view their commission. If insurance accepts the work to be completed then the job can go to be scheduled and a contractor can be added to the job. After the job is completed an invoice with the contractors name is created based on the estimate as well as an invoice for the sales rep to collect their commission. My thought was an advanced WordPress CPT that way we can use WordPress user permission for access levels as well as user management I will also be looking to build a website for the business and thinking of using wordpress for that. If a web app is a better fit then I am open for discusion.
Application Overview workflow
• Get info about house with damage (job)
- Address
- Map
- Owner Info
- Insurance Info
- Description of damage
- Photos
• After submission, an email with info is sent to an estimator
• Estimation is made and resubmitted to house (job)
- The Value of estimate is applied and commission is calculated based on rep. each rep can have a different commission percent.
- Reps can view active current houses(jobs) and total of commission expected
• If insurance approves it is placed into a queue to be added to assigned to a contractor
- Scheduling added to house(job)
- Contractor info added to house(job)
• Once a job is completed an invoice for the total amount could be generated with the contractor info. (With possibility for added charges if work done is more than estimate entailed.
• Email sent with a final invoice for reps and contractor to accounting.
• If not approved then goes to inactive
