Server Work (server specialist to add: PHP, MySQL, GD library and phpMyAdmin)

Hello, I am looking for someone good that can add PHP, MySQL, GD library and phpMyAdmin to a standalone, dedicated Windows 2012 Virtual Machine from GoDaddy. Those things are being added so that a Joomla CMS site can be added to the site. The Joomla site will be migrated to the server by my developer once whoever is selected to add PHP, MySQL, GD library and phpMyAdmin to the server. This is a very easy job for any decent server specialist but note that require other client work done so i would likely use the selected professional for other work as well once this is completed. My wife and I have a small Web & graphic development company with mostly non-profits, startups and small businesses. We offer professional work for good value and have been in business for almost 10 years. We have a full time designer and full time developer (php, Joomla, etc.) who both work from India (where my wife is from). They have been with us for over eight years.
