I have a fresh new Salesforce account and would like to find a freelancer to set this up for me - two users, implement different stages of the sales workflow to keep track of where each opportunity is in the sales pipeline (I will provide Word document with a simple flowchart/indication of stages in the sales process).
There is one Office 365 email account which needs to be integrated too, as this email address will be used to communicate with prospective customers.
Automatic parsing of emails would be great if that is an option so that records can be created automatically with the data from emails received from a website contact form.
I have three template emails which should be integrated into the Salesforce account so that I can respond to enquiries with any of these standard emails.
This is a small project to begin with, if this goes well then I have a lot of additional instructions for customising Salesforce for you.
