I need someone who has experience with the IB API to code a program that will place orders based on some rules via the IB Gateway or TWS. Working example must be made with IB papermoney. Rules are very simple I will furnish you with more details after I accept your bid. This is the first of many similar projects that i will give to you if im happy with your work.
