Simple PHP/MySQL project. All HTML & CSS is ready.

DO NOT BID without reading this description. I will NOT increase your milestone just because you bid low to win the project without reading about the project you were bidding on. DO NOT BID if you have very little experience with PHP. This is a simple project, but it requires that you code by hand. I do not want a framework or CMS. I do not want my files renamed, or moved. I just want them functional. Project Purpose: To give me a central web-based location to store all of my Order and Contact data, instead of using spreadsheets. It will also allow me to share limited information with my employees. Project Overview: There's a total of 4 forms, each on it's own page: One to add a Contact, one to edit/delete a Contact, one to add an Order, and one to edit/delete an Order. There's 7 more pages, each page is a table that displays the same data, with the “status” being the only difference. One page has a table with limited information, the other 6 are practically identical. The tables should be sortable. I have a working script for you to implement from the old website. The forms have some AJAX and Jquery features. I have working scripts for those also. They just need to be implemented from the old website. There are links to Export the Orders, Import the Orders, Export the Contacts, and Import the Contacts. These files should be exported/imported as CSV, with column headers included. I already have working examples of this on my old website. You just need to bring it over and make it work with your database structure. All pages have been fully developed, and are ready for your PHP. There is no HTML or CSS needed, everything is ready to go, you only have to make it functional on the server side.
