2 small modifications to an existing website

Just a quick enquiry – we are a recruitment company (Nevard Roland Executive Search) and we need a small amount of work done to our existing website (as follows):
- Our general applications currently go through another person’s system (the person who built our website originally) as well as our own and we want to stop this, so that the general applications come directly to us, but we want to keep the existing template (or have something similar that looks a bit better)
- Our job applications aren’t working, so when someone applies for a role that we have advertised on our website we never receive their application – we need to get this working again so that all applications come to us (to our application email address)
