Software for 5 gallon sales, return bottle and customer list

I'm looking for simple program to: Page one: Enter/modify customer name, address, phone number Page two: Drop down of the customer, enter number of sold bottle, number of returned bottle Page three: Summery (by customer to show total sold bottle, total number of bottle customer still hold, total sales, total bottle still customers hold) i do not have any preference of type of software, I have no internet, so I prefer something does not work on web based, I'm not interested in running many software such apatchy and php as well. my people not very technical. The reason i need such software, we cannot keep track of where our bottles are and where they are, if you have a better idea would be great. Thanks
