Stray animal tracker - geotagged images on map within a wordpress site

This would be used within our wordpress website. (Needs to look like a single post page with header/footers etc intact.) The system will allow people to upload pictures of stray animals to the map which can then be used for population tracking, lost pet tracking. Map points would be created automatically when exif location data exists in image file, or manually by placing pinpoint when no exif data is present. 2 websites that have similar functions would be: [login to view URL] (very similar to our use case but there's no option to automatically place on map using EXIF) and [login to view URL] (simple easy to use, but offers no way to manually choose image location or adjust pinpoints - also displays a lot of exif data info below that we do not need.) What a user sees would be a map, and below would be thumbnails of all pictures on the map which could be scrolled through and upon click would adjust the map to the corresponding pinpoint. There would also be a map legend showing 2 different map markers, 1 for "Found Dog", 1 for "Lost Dog".There would be a prominent button that says "Add New". When "Add New" is clicked, users will be asked for name (required), phone (optional), email (required). They will select a radio button for either "Found Dog" or "Lost Dog". and a button to select files from device to upload. The Map will display both types of pinpoints by default but near the drop down for the date range, they would also be able to choose to only see Lost, or Found or All. (Default view is "All dates" and "All types".) Users must be able to upload single or multiple pictures at once. Must be mobile device friendly as most images would be uploaded from phones. In the event the GPS data did not exist in EXIF (or wasn't accurate) users should be able to adjust or place map pinpoint manually. All images uploaded must be held for admin approval. When admin logs in it will show a list of new images awaiting approval. As an admin, we must also have a way to remove an image in the event where there is abuse or spam. Future consideration: Next project would be to develop a basic App for both Android and IOS to use this script. Same functionality adding to the same map.
