Student and Partner Portal

We are a Study Abroad agency. I am looking at the following functionality: 1) Course Finder on the Home Page 2) Student find courses with limited filters without signing in 3) The search result will have an apply button as well. Once Student Presses Apply it takes the student to the signup page OR the Student can do a direct sign up. 4) Sign in/ Signup section - email verification to the student. 5) Once Student signs up the contact details are sent to Hubspot 6) After signing in the student profile section a. Student can search Courses with additional filters and Apply b. Once they press apply, they have to complete their profile with their personal and academic details. c. They will attach the required documents d. And then submit e. The personal profile and academic documents need to be submitted only once but the student can APPLY to multiple colleges 7) Admin will receive email notification of the submitted profile. 8) Admin will assign student to the counsellor. 9) Counsellor will get notification for new assigned student. 10) Counsellor will login into dashboard. 11) Counsellor will do manual follow ups will student via phone or email. 12) Counsellor can see student's uploaded information. If incomplete, counsellor will ask student to upload again. 13) Once there is an agreement with the student, counsellor would apply for the courses in the institutions outside of this system. 14) When all done, consultant will change the status. 15) Student get notified on status change. 16) Student login and see the progress on timeline. 17) Four types of users: Super Admin / Admin / Partner Admin / Counsellor / Student a. Super Admin - Full control and access to the entire system and data. Can see the list of all students, their status, their profile info, and uploaded documents b. Admin - My company Admin can control the data and counsellors. c. Partner Admin - Outside company Admin - Has access to Course Finder and can see only the content authorized for his organization. d. Counsellors - Will have access to course finder - Student details - Status - application status - stage in which the application is and can communicate with the students assigned to them through notifications and automated alerts. Counsellors can be assigned by both Admin and/or Partner Admin.
