Subscription Based Website w/ Biweekly Billing

We need a subscription based website built with Biweekly recurring billing. This site will need to be built strongly around our logo. We are a service based company providing lawn care and landscaping.
Website will be 3-4 pages. (Main, Contact, Signup, Additional One-time Services)
Payment Processor can integrate with Square or Stripe. Customers will be serviced bi-weekly.(Week A or Week B, depending on area they sign up for) Billing will occur bi-weekly on Sunday regardless of what day they sign up. Billing price is the same for recurring services. Additional services are separate and non recurring.
