Ticketmaster/Livenation Spinner Software/Drop Checker

Looking to hire someone who can develop a particular type for software.

Software Type: Tickets Spinner/Tickets Purchaser/Tickets Drop Checker

Requiring software that helps in the pulling and purchasing of tickets & notification of when tickets are dropped and or available from all regional websites of ticketmaster e.g [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] & as well as [login to view URL]

Budget is negotiable.

Would prefer individuals who have prior experience in creating this particular type of software but not entirely necessary.

Some key attributes that I am looking for in this software:

Deploys over several computers/servers

Multiple Proxy support

Obtains & holds tickets

Scheduler: start searching ticket at a given time

Works for both onsale & as well as pre-sale events that require password entry.

Can specifically obtain particular tickets in a specific section and or row

Alerts/Notifies you via email/text/sound when tickets are found. It could be that an event goes from sold out to having some seats, or from having some seats to having additional seats.

Grabs & holds tickets instantly when they are dropped at any given time.

Software has to be fast!

Captcha support

Continues working when IP addresses changes or actively uses a list of proxies.
