Two more API calls

Hi there, I have a Google Sheet making several API calls to my Wordpress, and it's Gravity Forms. It works! I am after just two more things added: 1) Get all entries from a Gravity Form, and load into SQL Server (I have a AWS sql server ready). Also please have a field which is a "timestamp" of the load time. 2) Download all entries from a Gravity Form to CSV locally. (different web-site, and should be done in c#). That's it :)
