I have a code of Uber-like app of Mysql/php admin panel + 2 IOS app “client & provider “+ 2 android app “client & provider “. I need to merge the accounts of “client & provider “ into 1 user account. So, the same user can request service and accept requests as well but of course can not accept request from himself. User account or app will have both criteria of provider and client. -at top appear of app appear “ P/C “. P: how many requests as provider/ C: how many request as client -As both provider & client have the same account, user can use his credit or balance, which he earned from his work as provider, to pay the received services as user. For example, user work as driver and earn credit in his balance due to giving lift to other users but when he has not his car with himself and he need a lift, he will request lift. He can pay for this lift from his balance. I do not need haggle or hassle. My budget appears near my project. So there is no need to ask me about my budget again. Freelancer should offer the real fees to do this job for all: 1. Web “User & admin“ 2. ISO “User“ 3. Android “User”. I need to receive: 1-Full working apps & web code “ 2- APK, IPA and uploaded backend on server. 3-Document explain the added code and where it were added. If your fees is more than my budget by 1$, do not submit offer to save our time. No Skype calls or chat Freelancer should be apply to this job only if they did similar apps only
