Update Website with embedded dynamic fields (3 levels deep) - php, jquery, jquery ui, and mysql PDO

I have a website that is almost done. It uses php, jquery, jquery ui, and mysql PDO. I have a page that takes a jquery ui block and adds it to a section. Each block has initial parameters that are set, but the user can change them. Other blocks can be added to the section and then sorted in any order that the user chooses. When the user clicks on each block, the user has the option to change the entries for that particular block. The user can save as a new entry and the information is added to the mysql database, along with other information. The entries can be retrieved and edited/saved as needed.
What I need programmed is that there is another layer that is being added to the block. 3 fields can be added by the user as a set when an Add button is clicked with the block. They can add one or more sets as needed by the user. If the user click on a different block, and clicks on the Add button, the sets of fields can be added to that block only. So, each sets of field is tied to that block only. The user can edit any of these fields as needed. As the user clicks back and forth to each block, any entries already made will repopulate. The user saves or updates to the same table that is being used. The user is able to retrieve all data later for editing, saving/updating as needed.
On other pages, the user can download this information. It creates a specially formatted text file to download dynamically. This part is already done, but the above section needs to be added.
The last update is to update the Total Time in real time as the blocks are being added and edited (each block has a time component).
Please review the included mySQL DB for review. The zwo table / zwo field is what is being updated.
