Upgrade Cloud Based Working System

I am looking for expressions of interest in a project to migrate and upgrade a cloud based business system which is multifaceted and complex. I am not overly fussed on the platform. However I would think MS Azure or similar would be suitable. The application is already working well even though it was a compromise on what I could do, against what I would like to do. There is extensive documentation on what is already working and what is intended to work. In simple terms: - Database driven system - Multi-layered relational data entry - Complete appointment calendars for a team of staff including field and office staff - Integration of job system within the calendars - Stock management, stock control and non stock item assignment to jobs correctly - Safety management and production of statutory requirement forms and reports - Site inspection forms - Email order production of kitsets - Assigning parts ordered via the kitsets into the stock system for tracking to job - Time tracking and cost tracking by job - Numerous reports and some password protected reports for end clients It is envisaged the person or firms applying for this job will have: - Extensive experience in high pressure multitasking application development - A history of delivering on time and under budget - A thorough understanding of Accounting will probably assist although this is not an Accounting program - An understanding of business management and probably exposure to CRM design To be successful a thorough and comprehensive understanding of written English is required.
