urgently need wordpress expert to add some functions

Things to be done: 1. I use a python script to grab product information such as products title,description ,images ,reviews,shopping rates etc and the information is saved into 3 csv files. csv file 1 contains: title,description ,images, item price, category csv file 2 contains: reviews csv file 3 contains: shopping rates I need you to pull information from this csv files to post/create new products to my wordpress theme. This process should be automatically done. Because i have hundreds of products to add to my site. [login to view URL] build me this functionality(See point 2 in attached file) when clicked on a product on my site it shows its respective rates for that product for each country as in the csv file with a pop up same as in the demo link i have provided. Take note, the rates chosen by the user should show on the product page and checkout time the price must match/be the same. 3. Make those descriptions show as in the photo provided and make them show on my product page above the add to cart button. Thanks
