Veterinary anestesia calculator

I run a small animal veterinary referral clinic and need a way to choose different patient protocols based on initial input. I guess I have a total of 15 protocols, that when chosen, each needs to be able to be changed. I have a need for a program, excel script or webpage that can have patient data entered on top, and give a print/pdf with volumes of different medicines. In principle the calculation is unique to every patient based on weight, age, breed, heart, general health, surgical procedure, need for extra analgesia due to surgery (eg orthopedic surgery). And of course species. I was looking at a free online vetcalculator which does some of the needed, but does not take the above into account. (sorry I will try not posting the link, Freelancer closed my previous account for no reason, not wanting to inform me why, so now I just deleted the link if this was why. But searching "vet anaesthetic calculator" will get you far) Basically I want to be able to enter patient data on top, select relevant protocol and maybe tweek a few medicines based on anxiety level or other condition, like the online calculator. But there is no need for me to get a list of all kinds of medicine I will never use for this patient in a random unprioritized order. Today, I decide on the protocol, and calculations on all medicine are done manually by my staff. Yes way! I've tried making list of all medicine, so the staff can choose all medicine, find weight and read how many ml needs to be drawn up into the syringe, without the use of a calculator. But no, they insist on manually doing all calculations! So, I need a way to enter the data very simple, create a printout that they can use. The protocols are fixed now, but it must be possible to edit them and add new protocols. For dogs, I need for starters would need protocols for <6 months, normal healthy dog, brachycephalic dog, shepherd dogs, old dogs. For cats I might only have 3 protocols. Rabbits a couple and so on So I type in name, species, date of birth or age, weight in (kg or g), it should suggest protocols. This protocol should come with my standard doses for this protocol, but with the ability to change mg/kg. When I press go, it should create a pdf, that I can print and use when admitting to surgery. It should be organized with a patient header, species, preanaestics, anestetics, analgesia, fluid therapy. Post surgery treatment. A web page that I could upload to my webserver on a subdomain would be fine, but also an Excel solution, where protocols could be saved on different tabs. If a webserver-solution I just need to be able to hide behind a login. Any log /pdf should not be accesible from the internet via searches, robots or brute forces. It can be fine to keep them as documentation. Naming the pdf should be patient name_species_date(DDMMYYY).pdf
