Integrate with already functioning e-commerce site developed in php with no framework. I already have a development team of 2 senior resources and 2 junior . We are looking to hire an individual for min 15 days extended up to 45 days with minimum 25 hr/week expected work from him. He needs to stay online with the team for a minimum of 4 hours daily. We can have subdomain for video platform or integrate here but I expect a scalable long term solution. This website is for parents to register their children in a multiple sports,arts activities. So website works for that with search. Now due to Covid we need to give access to the parents the recorded video as per their classes. Initial 1 month free and then recurring payment to watch classes. currently admin portal available to add classes developed in CI. Current Db mysql. • Able to sort the classes like any online tutoring platform like udemy, edx etc but not that much complex- • Basic features like o Usually one class has 8 videos of 15 min—(to start with 100-400) video will be there o Enroll to a class o Progress bar of completion of video and in sequence (optional) o Assignment and tips/syllabus about the content of this video or class . o Basic user interaction (TBD)- can ask Qs and we can feature those Q and ans or (optional) o Admin portal to add video and content – currently admin portal available to add classes developed in CI. o Video Category sorting/searching as per age group, event type etc- ( o Mobile and email verify for new users or other way so that user do not make use of 1st 30 day free trail. • Subscription service • 30 days free • Currently users already have account as they have registered their children to some specific activity like sport, robotics class etc. , For such users , automatic video recommendation will be given as per class enrolled. ( atch here is that, 1 user can have 2 more child so we need to give separate recommendation. Things to be decided: • Where to store the video? We have GCP .: Give you inputs with experiences o Exploring options of  Integrating in vimeo, dailymotion or youtube, youphptube  webrtc and janus server • What architectures and tech stack you have worked and would recommend to use here. o Working with subdomain for existing site for video , how it will integrate with same mysql DB Future Enhancement: • For the video platform we should be able to have an app if required it should be fairly fast. o We can start working with ionic and create PWA if required. o For the whole platform, means video and class booking we might need an app o Business intelligence reports for the video platform  Recommend use of vimeo etc for built in BI reports. o
