Video(VOD) WOWZA Streaming Development -- 3

I am looking for a VOD platform backed on Amazon and Wovza. We have to store content on S3 and incorporate the transcoder server for streaming. The whole solution consist these: 1)-Website front-end -It will have a video player which run the uploaded content via backend and stored on server. It may also have other features like membership and static information. 2)-Web site backend -Through login we can enter on dashboard and can upload the content. It will also manage the other contents of website like users, subscription etc... Initially you are looking for a basic server to test the system. Once everything done we will move on amazon. 1)content I will use “Live Streaming” or “Pre-Recorded”.

According to my requirements I need a video at webpage which plays the backend saved content, the content that also can be updated. 2- Secondly I want a complete content management system called CMS which may help to update site contents, images, textual material as well as headings and menus. 3- Thirdly you want a test server for my beta envirnment and after the whole testing I can move project to your desired location amazon as you mentioned. these points describe my project details.
