Visual basic for Microsoft Access and Internet Explorer

Not sure if this is possible, but here it goes. My biggest customer has a webpage where I need to copy/paste certain data from my Microsoft Access file (my accounting). I already have a script in Access which creates the invoice, then my customer's website has a button for uploading this invoice. Can this process be automated somehow?
And while we're at it, I'd like to automate my accounting software (Access) a bit. For example, a dropdown list which can create a new job order based on some template.
If possible I'd rather not sent you the entire MSA accounting file as I also sell it. Is there some way to attach a licence to this file so that whoever I sell it to cannot give it to someone else, requiring some sort of licencing key to work or something?
