Abstract

Project Title: AD VISUALIZATION AND PERFORMANCE

Category: Web Development

Objective: To develop an application template with which Ads published on websites can be generated.

Description:

AD-VPA is a General Template to which generate a HTML Code for specific areas of the sites where the ads have to be published. The generated code can directly be pasted on the website where the ad had to be hosted. AD-VPA also maintains information regarding the following:

1) Accounts – of the users of this Application.

2) Advertisers Info – Details of the advertisers.

3) Banners – Currently hosted banners, along with their zones, positions, Weight, Clicks so far etc.

4) Ad Positions – The currently hired positions on websites where ad hosting can be done.

5) Zones – Zones in which the ads can be placed on Web Sited.

6) Generate HTML Code – It generates HTML code depending on different specifications provided.

7) Click Log – Maintains log about the no of times the ad is clicked by the viewer along with the IP address of the viewer.

The application AD-VPA also provides direct viewing of the hosted banners, Start Date, End Date, Exposures, Banner Clicks, Expense per day and Ratios etc. Along with this it also provides provisions to create new zones, new ad positions on websites.
