Wallet integration for WooCommerce website

Website is already ready with end to end features in it. We have additional requirement of wallet integration. We have 3 types of users - Customer, Vendor and Driver with Stripe integration which is completely working. Requirement is as below 1. Whenver ANYONE registers with YO, an eWallet account is also opened i.e if a new vendor registers their wallet account is opened, or when a delivery agent registers their wallet account s opened and even when a customer registers their wallet account is also created 2. All the wallets are Linked to the respective stripe account i.e vendor wallet linked to vendor stripe account, delivery agent wallet linked to delivery agent stripe account and customer wallet linked to customer stripe account ( if they have one) 3. Reports for Vendor and Driver for these wallet transactions. Ideally vendor would deposit money in wallet and when driver delivers any order, money will be transferred automatically from wallet to driver account on order delivery. So we need this function to be used by our system. I know all this can be available in wallet plugin with some customisation. We don't have time for this and would like to launch the system so need support by someone who has already done this part. Need to work remotely or will give access to remote system with my developer to complete this part. Must have 1. Already done this in past and ready to showcase to me 2.
