Web for upload document and sent to LAN printer -- 2

Need a basic page. No need any about desing.

Only need to upload PDF document and automatic sent to a LAN printer. The document will be printer black and white and double side.

The document MUST be autoprinted. That means the user only click for upload pdf, the rest is with no human help, that is automatic printed.

The webpage will be in internet. The place of the user and the printer are diferents.

The printer is Riso Comcolor 7150 model, and is connected to a LAN.

If project is not correctly finished will be anulated without any amount.

If project is not finished ontime will be anulated without any amount.

If this works will hire programmer for a second project.
