Web view windows software with caller ID

1. Need web view windows software 2. Connect with our database 3. Any new order will find on database will play the music on software 4. If the status on software auto print it will print automatically if the status on software accept and print it will wait for some one click on accept button until then it will play music 5. Read the phone number from the caller ID and save it on database on caller id sections 6. If the internet gets lost on software music will play and will show a no connection error page and will wait until connection back. 7. If the database connections are lost music will play and will show a no connection error page and will wait until connection back. 8. Software will have two view full screen mode and also we can tell the height and width 9. We will stay minimize if anyone want to keep it minimize 10. When user looking at the software there will be no close button. this mean software cannot be close until someone login and go to the setting options 11. Settings options will be protected by password 12. Order need to be printed using the thermal printer we have two type thermal printer 80mm and the 58mm. Have to make sure working on both size fine 13. software must be work on all version of windows including surface 14. software should be able run our website offline. if we make any changes to our website or database we should be able to update in to the software.
