Webscraping Specialist Needed to Collect Data & Then Put Into Line Graph Software

I need a webscraper who can pull data from a designated sports website and then take collected data and process it into a line graph format thereafter. Must create a reliable software program that is modifiable. I also need a data collection type to be put into another form of graph format called dot graphing for ATS (against the spread) information for NBA.
I also have software that was recently created for me as a reference for you mimic as well.
I will probably have more work in the future for the right individual. Must communicate with me and keep me updated at points. I need a reliable person I can depend on not only for this project, but for future one's as well.

So, Basically, t here are 2 tasks - Scrap data - Generate Line Graphs Do you want to use specific charts API or we can use any (i.e. highcharts) etc. Please let me know your opinion on it. Thanks Arun
